HOUSE RULES
Please note the house is a non-moking house, smoking can be done outside, please clean up all cigarette buds
On Departure please check the following:
1 Empty the fridge and cupboards of all foods you have bought.
2 Remove all rubbish and any bottles from the property and deposit them as instructed under “refuse collection”
3 Strip all beds and deposit the used linens together with the used towels in the upstairs bathroom.
4 Make sure all the stand alone heaters are switched off and all taps firmly closed. Please return the thermostat in the hallway to a 18°C temperature.
5 If you have used the open fire please make sure it is properly cleaned before you leave. Also, ensure the BBQ is cleaned including the grill after usage, please put the grill back in the pantry.
6 Please leave the property clean and tidy for the next guests.
7 If you have used the washing machine or dishwasher check it is empty before leaving
8 Upon leaving the property please make sure all appliances and lights are switched off and all windows and doors are closed.
NB: A charge will be levied against your deposit if any of the house rules are not followed. If the property is not clean upon inspection following your stay, a charge will be made against your deposit.
(eg. € 50 for the cleaning of the fireplace)
